Under the hood, the R33 Skyline is powered by robust inline six-cylinder engines, ranging from the dependable 2.0L RB20 to the legendary RB26 unit found in the GT-R models. The RB26 engine, in particular, is renowned for its capacity to generate substantial power while maintaining commendable reliability. However, increased power output invariably leads to elevated thermal loads, challenging the cooling system's efficiency. While the factory radiator provides adequate thermal management for stock applications, enhanced performance demands superior cooling solutions. CSF responded to this necessity by engineering a premium radiator designed to deliver exceptional cooling performance and durability, ensuring longevity and reliability under demanding conditions.

This radiator is meticulously crafted with full CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks, hand TIG welded to a high-grade aluminum core, combining precision engineering with robust construction. The 2-row, 42mm core significantly increases coolant capacity and enhances heat dissipation capabilities. CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology further amplifies heat transfer efficiency by approximately 15% compared to conventional oval welded tubes. Complementing this design, the multi-louvered fins optimize airflow through the core, maximizing thermal exchange and ensuring the engine remains within optimal operating temperatures.

Each billet aluminum end tank is produced with CNC machining, guaranteeing exceptional strength, uniformity, and a precise fit with the core. The hand TIG welding process secures the tanks to the core, creating a structurally superior radiator that withstands the rigors of high-performance driving. Included with each radiator is a 1.4 bar (20 psi) high-pressure radiator cap embossed with the CSF logo, which elevates the coolant's boiling point, providing an additional safeguard against overheating during extreme conditions.
