At the core of this radiator’s superior performance is CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology. Unlike conventional oval "O" shaped tubes, the B-Tube design features a unique "B" shaped cross-section that is carefully formed and seam-brazed to ensure structural integrity and enhanced thermal efficiency. This innovative design allows the use of thinner, lighter aluminum material without compromising strength, resulting in improved heat dissipation capabilities. The B-Tube increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to standard tubes, effectively doubling the cooling efficiency within the same spatial constraints. This is achieved by enabling dual liquid laminar flow, which optimizes coolant movement and heat exchange.
