Central to its design is CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology, a significant innovation in radiator tube construction. Unlike traditional oval-shaped “O” type tubes, CSF’s B-Tubes are meticulously engineered into a “B” shape, which enhances structural integrity and thermal transfer capabilities. The tubes are seam-brazed to ensure a robust seal, allowing the use of thinner and lighter aluminum material without compromising durability.
This design increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to conventional tubes, effectively delivering the cooling efficiency equivalent to two smaller tubes within the same spatial constraints. The B-Tube configuration also facilitates dual liquid laminar flow, optimizing coolant movement and heat dissipation throughout the radiator core.
