Product Details

The ARP main stud kit for the BMW M10 / S14 replaces the factory main cap bolts with high-strength ARP studs/bolts that secure the main bearing caps to the block. Designed for the M10, BMW’s robust four-cylinder classic, this is a critical upgrade making it an essential upgrade for any high-performance rebuild or boosted conversion. Standard torque-to-yield fasteners stretch permanently and lose clamping load over time — ARP hardware restores and increases that clamping force, helping prevent head gasket failure, cap walk and fastener fatigue.

Supplied with ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant and torqued in stages to ARP’s specification. After initial assembly, complete a full heat cycle and re-torque the fasteners for a lasting, reliable seal.
