The Deep Tone Industries BMW S58 200 Cell Sports Cat Downpipes are a premium exhaust upgrade developed to deliver a meaningful increase in performance and sound while retaining a more refined character than a full catless setup. Designed for the latest S58-powered M models, these downpipes replace the highly restrictive factory catalytic converters with high-flow 200 cell sports catalysts, significantly reducing exhaust gas back pressure. The result is quicker throttle response, faster turbo spool and stronger low- and mid-range power, without the harshness often associated with decat systems.
Each set is hand-crafted from TIG-welded 304-grade stainless steel and features CNC precision-machined flanges manufactured from billet stainless steel for durability and accurate fitment. Smooth radius bends are used throughout to minimise turbulence and maximise airflow. Following extensive road and track testing, DeepTone has moved from a previous 300 cell design to this 200 cell configuration to meet customer demand for improved flow and performance, while maintaining long-term reliability. Supplied with a 1 year DeepTone warranty and fitment guarantee, these sports cat downpipes offer a high-quality, well-balanced solution for fast road and track-focused builds.
