Overview

MOTUL DOT 3 & 4 is a 100% synthetic brake and clutch fluid suitable for all types of hydraulically actuated systems requiring DOT 3 or DOT 4 specification fluid, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations. Part number: 102718. Supplied in a 500ml bottle, it offers boiling points that exceed those of conventional DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluids, delivering improved safety and a longer service life.

• Typical dry boiling point of 245°C (473°F) — exceeds conventional DOT 3 (205°C / 401°F minimum) and DOT 4 (230°C / 446°F) standards
• Typical wet boiling point of 160°C (320°F) — exceeds conventional DOT 3 (140°C / 284°F minimum) and DOT 4 (155°C / 311°F) standards
• Very good thermal resistance and stability
• Perfectly neutral with seals used in braking systems
• Anti-corrosion properties
