Advanced Control Strategies

The ReFlex+ supports multiple operating modes, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of tuning approaches:

• Standalone Mode – No CAN Bus communication required

• Integrated CAN Bus Mode – Compatible with MHD, EcuTek, MG Flasher, BM3, and other platforms capable of sending or receiving CAN messages

• Advanced CAN Bus Mode – Full, deep integration with EcuTek and MHD+

This flexibility allows the factory ECU to directly command ReFlex+ functions while retaining advanced safety strategies and OEM-level control logic.

Precision Sequential Port Injection & Beyond

Originally developed to modernise port fuel injection systems, the ReFlex+ delivers true sequential injection, ensuring fuel is injected at the optimal point in the engine cycle. Compared to traditional batch-fire controllers, this improves efficiency, consistency, and reliability—especially in high-output or ethanol-based setups.

Beyond fueling, the ReFlex+ operates as a complete advanced I/O controller, capable of managing sensors, actuators, and auxiliary systems with exceptional precision.

• Sequential port injection support for up to 8 injectors with fault-sensing feedback

• 4× analogue inputs (0–5V and 4–20mA sensors)

• 2× frequency inputs (up to 20kHz)

• Dedicated flex fuel input for real-time ethanol content monitoring

• MAP, cam, and crank sensor inputs for accurate engine load and timing reference

Outputs

• 4× low-side auxiliary outputs (PWM or digital ground) for methanol injection, nitrous, boost control, fuel pumps, and more

• Multiple 12V switched outputs to power external components

OEM-Level Integration & Tuning Support

The ReFlex+ integrates directly with leading flash-tuning platforms, allowing the factory ECU to command auxiliary fueling and I/O functions. Built-in safety strategies help protect the engine and associated hardware under demanding conditions.

Configuration is handled via TunerPro RT, supporting both universal and vehicle-specific setups. Free starter maps and setup guides are available, with additional technical support provided directly by Motiv Motorsport.
