The MMX BMW E9X M3 Billet Gear Shift Paddles are a pair of CNC-machined aluminium replacement paddles for the DCT-equipped BMW E90, E92 and E93 M3. Unlike stick-on covers, these are fully engineered replacements for the factory paddles, giving a longer reach, a more positive action and a genuinely premium feel every time a gear is called.
Engineered Replacements, Not Covers
Adhesive paddle covers add thickness and mass to the OEM plastic paddle and are prone to lifting in heat. MMX takes the opposite approach: the factory paddle is removed entirely and replaced with a solid billet aluminium item that mounts to the original fixings. The result is a permanent, rattle-free upgrade with no adhesive to fail and no change to steering wheel balance.
A Sharper Shift Action
Each paddle is profiled to sit closer to the driver's fingertips, shortening the reach needed for a downshift mid-corner. The increased surface area and crisp machined edge make the paddle easy to find without looking, which is exactly what is wanted on a fast road drive or a track session in an E9X M3.

No. These paddles replace the shift paddles fitted to M-DCT cars. Manual E9X M3 models have no paddles to replace.
Is any wiring or cutting involved?
No. The paddles use the factory mounting points and the original electrical contacts are retained, so the installation is a straightforward mechanical swap.
