The system features a 70mm pipe diameter – carefully tuned to maximise performance while maintaining optimal back pressure for smooth power delivery. Each weld is TIG-finished by hand, ensuring superior strength and a flawless appearance.

The GT-80 Cerakote black tailpipes offer a striking, modern finish that perfectly complements the M3’s aggressive design. The twin 80mm outlets fill the factory diffuser beautifully and add a premium motorsport aesthetic.

Performance and Sound

This system is designed to enhance both drivability and auditory emotion. On the dyno, Milltek’s high-flowing design has been shown to improve torque delivery and throttle response, particularly in the mid-to-high rev range where the S65 engine thrives.

When valves are open, exhaust gases flow freely through a reduced-resistance path, producing a spine-tingling, high-revving tone that perfectly suits the M3’s naturally aspirated powerband.
