Genuine BMW S55 N55 Valve Cover Gasket Set (F80 M3, F82 M4, F87 M2, F2X M135i, M235i & more)

Genuine replacement OEM BMW valve cover gasket seals the valve cover to the top portion of the engine cylinder head to prevent motor oil from leaking out as it travels around the camshafts, rockers and valves. In addition, many spark plug ports are sealed by the valve cover gasket.

This valve cover gasket is a common failure point for aging N55 and S55-powered vehicles, leading to oil leaks. Symptoms include:

• Low engine oil light
• Burning oil smells
• Smoke coming from the valve cover area
• Oil on spark plug threads

When fitting this Valve Cover Gasket, you will also require the Genuine BMW Valvetronic Actuator Gasket Flange to be fitted at the same time.
