The Genuine BMW OEM Rear Lower Camber Link (part number 33322284533) is a factory replacement suspension component designed to maintain correct rear axle geometry and camber adjustment on BMW M models. Engineered and manufactured to BMW’s exact specifications, this control arm is a critical part of the rear suspension system, connecting the wheel carrier to the subframe while also serving as a lower mounting point for the shock absorber, spring seat and camber adjustment hardware.
This component is used across the BMW F87 M2, F80 M3, F82/F83 M4, as well as the newer BMW G87 M2, G80 M3, G81 M3 Touring, G82 M4 and G83 M4 Convertible, ensuring precise compatibility across both F8X and G8X platforms.
Function & Design
As a lower camber link, this control arm plays a vital role in controlling rear wheel alignment and maintaining consistent handling characteristics. While typically considered a long-life component, damage can occur, most commonly to the eccentric camber bolt tabs. As this arm is manufactured from cast aluminium, the outer eccentric tab can break if subjected to excessive force or corrosion, preventing accurate camber adjustment and proper alignment.
