The heatshield includes a dedicated mounting point for the temperature sensor, typically positioned within the stock air filter box, ensuring seamless integration with the vehicle’s existing systems. The kit is available with or without a high-quality air filter. The recommended filter is sourced from K&N, a brand renowned for durability and long service life when maintained correctly. Fitment assurance is provided only when the K&N filter is included; however, users opting to use an alternative filter must ensure it has a 76mm connection, corresponding to the outside diameter of the air tube supplied in the kit.
