The Dorch Engineering BMW G Series B58TU Gen 2 DS3 High Pressure Fuel Pump is the most advanced and highest-flowing single-pump direct injection fuelling solution currently available for the B58TU platform. Developed after extensive R&D, the DS3 (Dorch Stage 3) features Dorch’s largest bore and highest flowing pump design to date, delivering approximately 20% more fuelling capacity than the DS25, while retaining full OEM-style integration and reliability.

Operating at 350 bar, the DS3 is a true OEM drop-in upgrade that requires no cutting, bending or modification. It installs directly in place of the factory pump and maintains full DME control, ensuring all factory safety strategies remain intact. Capable of supporting extremely high power levels on petrol and ethanol blends, the DS3 forms the backbone of serious B58TU builds where maximum direct-injection fuelling headroom is required.

When paired with upgraded injectors and one of Dorch’s camshaft solutions, the DS3 enables four-digit power capability on direct injection alone, making it the ultimate single-pump solution for high-output street and competition applications.

Tuning & Injector Requirements

Software calibration is mandatory to operate the DS3 HPFP correctly. Bootmod3 and MHD support is available via selectable pump options where supported, with custom WinOLS calibration also supported.

Due to the DS3’s extreme flow capability, larger injectors are required to take full advantage of this pump. While S58 injectors pair well with the DS25, they are not sufficient to fully utilise the DS3’s potential. Injector upgrades are strongly recommended for high-power ethanol or hybrid turbo applications.
