The Dorch Engineering BMW G Series B58TU Gen 2 DS25 High Pressure Fuel Pump represents the next evolution in direct-injection fuelling for high-output B58TU applications. Building on their industry-first B58 HPFP solutions, Dorch has completely re-engineered the DS25 platform to operate at an impressive 350 bar, delivering exceptional flow capacity while retaining OEM-level control and reliability. Every aspect of the pump has been optimised, including the pump body, plunger depth, spring rates and volumetric efficiency, resulting in a consistent, dependable fuelling solution capable of supporting serious power levels on petrol and ethanol blends.
Designed specifically for Gen 2 B58TU engines, this HPFP is a true plug-and-play upgrade with no cutting, bending or modification required. The pump integrates seamlessly with the factory DME, preserving all OEM safety strategies while unlocking the fuelling headroom required for advanced tuning. Whether you are pushing the limits on pump fuel or building an ethanol-focused setup, the DS25 HPFP provides the foundation needed for reliable, high-performance operation.

Tuning & Injector Requirements
Software calibration is required to operate this HPFP correctly. Users running Bootmod3 or MHD can enable the relevant pump option when flashing (where supported). Custom tuning via WinOLS is also supported.
To fully exploit the flow potential of the DS25 HPFP, higher-flow injectors are recommended. OEM S58 injectors offer approximately 30% more flow than standard B58 injectors and provide excellent value when paired with this pump.
