Specifically designed for the F2X and F3X BMW chassis as well as the Hyundai i30 manual transmission models, this radiator integrates advanced engineering principles to ensure superior heat dissipation. Its 2-row core construction incorporates CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology, a significant innovation that distinguishes this radiator from conventional designs. Unlike traditional oval-shaped "O" tubes, the B-Tubes feature a unique "B"-shaped profile that is seam brazed for enhanced structural integrity. This design enables the use of thinner, lighter aluminum material without compromising strength, resulting in improved cooling efficiency.
The B-Tube configuration increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to standard tubes, effectively doubling the cooling capacity within the same spatial constraints. This is achieved through dual liquid laminar flow, which optimizes coolant movement and heat exchange.
