The Airtec Motorsport BMW F80 M3 & F82/F83 M4 Aluminium Front Under Tray is a direct replacement upgrade engineered to provide improved protection, durability and cooling efficiency over the factory plastic under tray. Manufactured from high-quality 2mm aluminium, this under tray is designed to withstand demanding conditions while maintaining precise OEM-level fitment using all original mounting points.

Developed using a full 3D scan of the vehicle’s underside, the under tray has been CAD-designed to ensure a perfect fit without the need for cutting or drilling, making it fully reversible if required. It has been specifically designed to accommodate the larger dimensions of the AIRTEC Motorsport larger capacity oil cooler, which can cause the original plastic under tray to bow due to its weaker construction. To ensure optimal sealing and cooling performance, the kit includes pre-cut rubber trims, with options supplied for both the standard oil cooler and the AIRTEC Motorsport oil cooler.

Finished in a durable black powder coat, this aluminium under tray offers a substantial improvement in strength and longevity while helping maintain effective airflow and cooling. It is also fully compatible with the AIRTEC Motorsport GTS-style aero under tray pan, allowing it to form part of a comprehensive underbody setup.

Fitment & Installation Notes

This under tray reuses the factory mounting points; however, it is essential that fixings used are in good condition. Original BMW fixings should only be reused if serviceable. Worn or corroded fixings should be replaced to ensure secure installation and prevent loosening over time.
