BMW F40 M135i xDrive Parts, Modifications & Accessories
The BMW M135i xDrive (F40) was built from 2019 to 2024 as a five-door hatchback. It uses a strengthened version of the B48 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder with a reinforced crank, revised pistons and a larger turbocharger, producing 306PS (302bhp) and 450Nm. Drive goes through an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic to front-biased xDrive all-wheel drive, with a mechanical Torsen limited-slip differential on the front axle. Its stout internals and factory cooling make it a willing base for sensible upgrades.
Sound is the most common complaint from owners, which is why a Scorpion GPF-back exhaust is such a popular first change: it keeps the factory particulate filter and adds a far more convincing note. Pair it with a Ramair induction upgrade and SHFT or MMX paddle shifters and the car feels more special every day, before any software is involved.
The M135i is a heavy hatch for its size, so brake upgrades make sense once the pace rises. EBC pads, discs and complete brake kits sit alongside MOTUL fluid for track days. For the chassis, MMX lowering springs work with both static and adaptive dampers, while KW and BC Racing coilovers give full height and damping adjustment. Maxton Design and Zaero Design aero, plus Tillett seats, finish the look.
Every listing shows its fitment, and saving your M135i to My Garage filters the catalogue to parts that suit it. Our team can talk you through a build, fit parts at our Wembley HQ, or ship express worldwide.
