Introducing the brand new R44 Performance BMW G87 M2 in Inozetek Papaya Orange.
Welcoming the latest addition to the R44 fleet, our new 2023 G87 M2 - already running an array of modifications from MHC, SHFT, MMR & more! Check out our latest video where we do some shopping on the R44 Performance website & completely transform the car with £10,000 worth of upgrades.
Exterior
First things first, our G87 M2 had to change colour. We wanted something loud & unique to make the car pop. We landed on Inozetek’s ‘Papaya Orange’ and after journeying up to see our good friend @jakethewrapperr the wrap came out perfect!
Most notably, the car features a complete pre-preg carbon fibre Edition 1 kit from MHC. Manufactured here in the UK, this kit gave the G87 a premium OEM+ look and really complemented the M2’s factory design. We also added a subtle MHC+ V-style rear spoiler to elevate the rear end.
In addition to the main kit, we also opted for the MHC+ carbon fibre performance-style front ducts and MHC+ BMW G Series carbon fibre mirror covers. With an OEM-style carbon weave, all MHC+ components match seamlessly with both each other and M Performance carbon fibre optional extras.
The car is sitting on a stunning set of West Forged x R44 RH82 alloy wheels in satin black, dropped on the MMR height adjustable spring kit for the perfect stance.
As a final touch on the vehicle's exterior, we installed a genuine BMW gloss black rear model badge. The factory silver item spoiled the orange & black colour theme so this was something we had to change.
Interior
Inside the cabin, we find BMW's latest iDrive 8 infotainment system surrounded by a slew of carbon fibre trim - not to mention the beautiful carbon fibre bucket seats. The only interior modifications so far are a stunning SHFT alcantara and leather steering wheel with a set of JQ Werks magnetic paddle shifters.
Performance
In terms of performance, we installed some R44 200 Cell sports cats in conjunction with a Ramair induction kit. This is a great value package to improve airflow and unlock some extra noise. No doubt the car will get a full cat-back exhaust system in the near future as well as some tuning magic from Tom Wrigley Performance.
