BMW M240i F22/F23 Parts, Modifications & Accessories
The BMW M240i replaced the M235i in 2016 and was built until 2021 as the F22 Coupe and F23 Convertible. Its 3.0-litre B58 turbocharged straight-six produces 340PS (335bhp) and 500Nm from 1,520rpm, sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual or ZF eight-speed automatic, with xDrive available in selected markets. Light, compact and rear-driven, with a robust closed-deck engine, it is one of the most rewarding modern BMWs to build on.
For sound and response, Scorpion exhausts for the M240i include valved non-resonated cat-back systems and sports-cat downpipes. Pair a downpipe with a remap and an upgraded intake, and fit an aluminium charge pipe from a specialist such as Precision Raceworks first, as the plastic factory pipe can crack under extra boost. Heat soak limits repeated runs on tuned cars, so a CSF heat exchanger is a worthwhile addition, and fuel injection and GSC Power Division engine parts support bigger builds.
The chassis rewards attention too. Brake upgrades from EBC Brakes, Pagid and Ferodo give the consistency a 1.5-tonne coupe needs on track. KW and MMX lowering springs and coilovers improve body control, while Powerflex and HARDRACE bushes tighten the suspension. The factory differential is open, so a limited-slip differential is a popular next step. SHFT paddles and MHC PLUS steering wheels finish the cabin.
Fitment appears on every product, and adding your M240i to My Garage filters the catalogue to your car. Our team can help you plan a build, with fitting at our Wembley HQ and express worldwide delivery.
