BMW F80 M3 Parts, Modifications & Accessories
The BMW F80 M3 was the first turbocharged M3, built as a four-door saloon from 2014 to 2018. Its S55B30 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six makes 431 PS (425 bhp) and 550 Nm, rising to 450 PS (444 bhp) with the Competition Package from 2016 and to 460 PS (453 bhp) and 600 Nm in the 2018 M3 CS. Drive goes to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual or seven-speed M DCT, and a carbon roof keeps weight in check.
The S55 is among the most tunable BMW engines, and experienced owners protect it before chasing power. A pinned crank hub removes the risk of the press-fit factory hub slipping under tuned torque, while MMX aluminium charge pipes replace plastic items that can split at higher boost. Eventuri carbon intakes, IND parts, sports-cat downpipes and a Remus exhaust then refine response and give the S55 a fuller voice.
The F80 is a fast, fairly heavy saloon, so brakes matter. Pagid, Ferodo and EBC Brakes pads and ST Trackparts kits handle repeated hard stops, while KW and MOTON coilovers suit cars with or without adaptive M suspension, backed by Powerflex bushes and Suspension Secrets components. MHC PLUS covers styling and SHFT the interior, alongside MOTUL oil and Genuine BMW and M Performance parts.
