Shipping Cut-Off Dates
Our final shipping day for in-stock items before Christmas will be Friday 19th December, with all shipments being processed until 2:00 PM.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched when we reopen on Monday 5th January.
This applies even to in-stock items, as our warehouse and courier partners will also be closed during this period.
Please note:

Delivery times may be affected by increased seasonal demand and courier network delays.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are collected by the courier.

For international orders, we strongly recommend allowing additional time for delivery, as customs and international shipping networks are typically slower over the holiday period.
Customer Support & Enquiries
Our customer support team will not be available during the closure period. Any enquiries sent via email or live chat during this time will be responded to once we return on Monday 5th January.
For urgent matters before our closure, please contact info@r44performance.co.uk before 5:00 PM on Tuesday 23rd December.
Returns & Exchanges
Any return or exchange requests received during our closure will be processed after we reopen on Monday 5th January. Please ensure all items are returned in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.
