The MMX Pagid RSL29 Carbon Ceramic Front Brake Pads are a dedicated track compound for the BMW G8X M2, M3 and M4. RSL29 is the endurance-racing benchmark from Pagid, delivering high, stable friction from the first lap and holding it through a full session without the fade or pedal drop that a road pad suffers under sustained braking loads.
Important: Track Use Only
Pagid RSL29 pads are not ECE-R90 homologated and are not legal for use on public roads in the UK or EU. They are supplied for circuit and closed-course use only. Owners wanting a fast road pad for the same chassis should look at the MMX RP650 range instead.
Consistent Friction Under Sustained Load
The G8X carries significant weight and makes serious speed, which puts a road pad well outside its designed operating window after a handful of hard laps. The RSL29 carbon ceramic compound is built for exactly that environment: it runs at high temperature by design, resists fade as rotor temperatures climb, and gives a firm, repeatable pedal that lets the driver brake to the same marker every lap.
Kind To Rotors
Endurance compounds are judged on how long both the pad and the disc last. RSL29 combines its high friction level with comparatively low pad and rotor wear, which keeps a track weekend affordable. The pads pair directly with the MMX two-piece carbon ceramic front discs and work equally well on the MMX steel two-piece rotors or factory discs.
