Recognizing these limitations, CSF has engineered the Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiator specifically for the 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with automatic transmissions, delivering a significant upgrade in cooling efficiency and durability.

This radiator features a 2-row, 42mm thick aluminum core that not only increases the overall fluid capacity but also enhances heat dissipation capabilities. Central to its advanced design is CSF's proprietary B-Tube Technology, which improves heat transfer efficiency by approximately 15% compared to conventional oval welded tubes commonly found in other aluminum radiators. Complementing this technology, the radiator incorporates multi-louvered fins that maximize airflow through the core, ensuring optimal cooling performance under demanding conditions.

The end tanks of the CSF radiator are constructed from high-grade aluminum and are TIG welded to the core, providing superior strength and resistance to failure. The CSF radiator is engineered as a true plug-and-play drop-in replacement, requiring no modifications, trimming, or cutting during installation. In addition to its superior core design, the CSF radiator integrates a built-in heavy-duty, high-performance 5-plate transmission fluid cooler located in the bottom tank. This cooler connects directly to the OEM transmission hoses and is engineered to manage the increased thermal load associated with towing, low-gear crawling, and vehicles equipped with oversized tires. The presence of larger tires effectively lowers the vehicle’s gear ratio, causing the engine and transmission to exert more effort to maintain movement, which in turn generates additional heat.
