The MMX BMW G90 M5 Hubcentric Wheel Spacers push the wheels out to the edge of the arches on the G90 M5, filling the factory gap that the standard offset leaves behind. Available in 10mm, 12mm and 15mm and supplied as a pair with the ten longer bolts required, they are among the most cost-effective changes available to the way the car sits and turns.
Why Hubcentric Matters
A spacer without a hubcentric lip relies on the wheel bolts alone to centre the wheel, which invites run-out and the steering vibration that comes with it. Each MMX spacer carries a machined lip that locates precisely on the vehicle hub, and a matching bore that the wheel then locates on. The wheel ends up centred by metal, not by bolt torque, exactly as it is from the factory.
Wider Track, Better Body Control
Increasing track width does more than fill the arches. A wider footprint reduces weight transfer for a given cornering load, which flattens the car through direction changes and gives a more planted feel on turn-in. On a car as heavy and as fast as the G90 M5, the improvement in stability is easy to feel.
Choosing A Width
10mm is the conservative choice for a car staying on factory wheels and tyres. 12mm is the common all-round setting. 15mm delivers the most visual impact and should be checked against tyre size and any lowering springs already fitted, since arch clearance reduces as the car sits lower.
