MMX BMW S55 Crank Hub Kit (M2 Comp/M3/M4)

MMX BMW S55 Crank Hub Kit is an essential modification for the S55 engine. It's no secret that the S55 is prone to spinning its crank hub resulting in quite a hefty repair bill. Once the crank hub spins, the engines timing is completely thrown off resulting in pistons hitting the valves and complete engine failure. Investing in preventative maintenance could make all the difference!

As a preventative measure, MMX have developed this crank hub upgrade kit to ensure the friction plates can't slip and with a new crank bolt tightened appropriately, this delivers a substantial improvement in reliability versus the OE version. It offers the most comprehensive solution on the market at one of the most compelling price points.

Careful design has also allowed MMX to develop a solution that's easy to install compared to some other products as there's no drilling or modification required to the OE crankshaft, saving you time and money.

The MMX Performance one-piece crank hub is machined from billet EN36 that's been heat-treated with a 0.75mm case hardening, making it incredibly strong and durable. Combine this product with the MMX S55 crank hub capture plate for the ultimate solution.
