This radiator is distinguished by its advanced 2-Row core design incorporating CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology. Unlike conventional oval-shaped "O" tubes, the B-Tube features a unique "B" shape, meticulously formed and seam-brazed to ensure superior strength and durability. This innovative design enables the use of thinner, lighter aluminum material while improving cooling efficiency beyond traditional welded tubes. The inlet positioned centrally within the brazed seam increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15%, effectively doubling the cooling capacity compared to a single large tube within the same spatial constraints. The B-Tube design also facilitates dual liquid laminar flow, enhancing the radiator’s overall thermal performance.
Complementing the B-Tube technology, CSF employs ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins that are precisely aligned to maximize airflow through the radiator core. Each fin’s specifications are carefully engineered and validated through rigorous wind tunnel testing to ensure optimal heat rejection and sustained cooling under demanding conditions.
