This radiator is meticulously designed with a 2-Row 42mm core incorporating CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology, a significant advancement over traditional oval-shaped "O" tubes. The innovative "B" shaped tubes are precision-formed and seam-brazed to create a structure that is not only stronger but also lighter and more thermally efficient. This design enhances the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15%, effectively delivering the cooling performance equivalent to two smaller tubes within the same spatial constraints. The dual liquid laminar flow facilitated by the B-tubes optimizes coolant circulation, resulting in superior heat dissipation.
Complementing the core technology, the radiator features ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins with a 6.5mm fin height, carefully aligned to maximize airflow and thermal exchange. These fins are engineered and tested in CSF’s state-of-the-art wind tunnel laboratory to ensure maximum heat rejection efficiency tailored to each specific application.
The CSF Audi radiator is a true "Drop-in fit" component, designed for seamless installation without the need for any modifications. All OE-style brackets are CNC machined and welded, ensuring exceptional durability and precise fitment. The inlet and outlet connections are CNC machined to match original equipment specifications, allowing for the reuse of OEM hoses or compatible aftermarket components. Additionally, the radiator incorporates an upgraded plate-type transmission oil cooler integrated into the left side tank, enhancing transmission cooling performance for automatic transmission models. This cooler comes pre-plugged for manual transmission variants, underscoring the versatility of the design.
