R44 Performance Black Friday Voucher Promotions – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

During the Black Friday promotional period, customers who place an order on r44performance.com will automatically qualify to receive one or more promotional vouchers as outlined below. These offers are available for a limited time only and subject to the terms and conditions detailed in this document.

2. Eligibility

The promotion applies to all orders placed between 12:00 AM GMT on Friday 28 November 2025 and 10:00 AM GMT on Saturday 29 November 2025.
Orders must be successfully completed and paid in full through r44performance.com.
Cancelled or refunded orders will not qualify for any Voucher.

3. R44 Performance £100 Voucher Offer

3.1 Voucher Issuance

Each qualifying order placed during the promotional period will receive one (1) £100 R44 Performance Voucher with a unique code.
Vouchers are issued automatically via email immediately after the qualifying order is placed and become valid immediately.
Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

3.2 Voucher Redemption Conditions

The Voucher provides £100 off a future purchase made on r44performance.com.
A minimum spend of £1000 (excluding shipping and taxes) is required to redeem the Voucher.
Only one Voucher can be used per order.
The Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
The Voucher will be valid until 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday 30 November 2025.
Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

4. Maxton Design £50 Voucher Offer

4.1 Voucher Issuance

Customers who purchase any Maxton Design product during the promotional period will receive one (1) £50 Maxton Design Voucher with a unique code.
Vouchers will be distributed via email once the qualifying order has been shipped.
Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

4.2 Voucher Redemption Conditions

The Voucher provides £50 off a future purchase of Maxton Design products only made on r44performance.com.
A minimum spend of £500 (excluding shipping and taxes) on Maxton Design products is required to redeem the Voucher.
Only one Voucher can be used per order.
The Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
The Voucher will be valid until 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday 30 November 2025.
Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

5. Exclusions

Vouchers cannot be applied to gift cards or previously placed orders.
Trade, wholesale, or dealer accounts are not eligible to redeem Vouchers.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

6. Returns & Cancellations

If you return or cancel a qualifying order, the issued Voucher will become void. If a Voucher has already been used before the return or cancellation, the corresponding discount amount (£100 or £50) will be deducted from your refund.

7. Amendments & Termination

R44 Performance reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate these promotions or their terms at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect Vouchers already issued.

8. General

Participation in these promotions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
R44 Performance reserves the right to refuse Voucher redemption where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
