Core Charge Options – Please Read Carefully

This product is available with two purchase options. It is critical that the correct option is selected at checkout to avoid delays, additional charges, or order issues.

Option 1: No Core Charge

Only select this option if one of the following applies:

• You have already sent your original turbochargers to us in advance, or

• You are physically dropping off your turbochargers at our facility and collecting the upgraded set in person

In short, this option is only valid when we already have your original turbos in our possession at the time of order.
If your original turbochargers are not already with us, do not select this option.

Selecting the No Core Charge option without meeting the above requirements will result in delays and additional contact to resolve the order.

Option 2: With Core Charge (Refundable)

Select this option if:

• You are not sending your turbochargers to us in advance, and

• You want to receive the upgraded Mosselman turbochargers first, then return your original units afterwards

In this case, a core charge is applied at checkout. Once your original turbochargers are returned to us and approved as usable cores by Mosselman, the core charge will be refunded in full.

We must receive your original turbochargers within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for the refund.

This option allows you to minimise vehicle downtime by installing the upgraded turbos first and returning your originals later.

Core Charge Disclaimer (Important)

• The core charge is refundable only after your original turbochargers are returned and inspected

• Returned cores must be complete and in usable condition

• Refunds are processed after approval by Mosselman

• Selecting the correct option at checkout is the customer’s responsibility

Please note: Due to complex logistics and the bespoke nature of the product, all Mosselman turbochargers are non-refundable and excluded from our returns policy.
